All fee's are transferable but non-refundable. The Institute of Strategic Relationship Management (ISRM) has the right to move the training to another date. The programme of this training may be subject to change.

The professionalisation of a relationship management is a project that will take several years to be completed. This relationship management programme is designed to provide a clear picture of all the aspects of a professional relationship management, in order to determine what the first step ought to be.

The training does not offer a ready-made solution for the professionalisation of an organisation's relationship management. Professionalisation looks different for every organisation. The participants in the study program decide for themselves which theory applies to their own organization.

During the training photo's will be made. Some of these photo's will be published (online). ISRM will not publish any photo's of you without your explicit permission.

Sensitive information can be discussed during the training. This can be information given by ISRM or by one of the other participants. We ask our participants to be discrete about the sensitive information obtained during the training.
