Robert Collignon has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and customer service. He is Director of Customer Strategy at Monitor Deloitte. Robert is an experienced consultant and has hands-on experience in the insurance industry (Aegon, Zwitserleven) and FMCG (Procter & Gamble) in the field of marketing, sales & services. He has worked in multiple countries ranging from Asia to Europe, US and Latin-America. Subjects that Robert focuses on from his consultancy practice are customer strategy, innovation & proposition design, service strategy and strategic partnerships.
In addition to his work at Deloitte, he teaches at the Executive MBA of the Hotelschool The Hague and at the Institute of Strategic Relationship Management.
Robert Collignon holds a Masters in Law (Private Law) and in Business Administration (Financial Management). In addition, he has completed postgraduate courses at London Business School and Duke University. He is a Registered Marketer (RM). Robert has written several articles on marketing, services, hospitality, digital transformation and brand management. He is one of the authors of Managing Authentic Relationships.
