We have identified four roles in relationship management:
- The RM coordinator; the manager of the network who ensures that everyone (internally) can network as well as possible.
- The RM skills builder who has a certain expertise such as building a CRM, organising network meetings or facilitating network skills training.
- The results-oriented networker who is focused on building relationships, but as efficiently as possible.
- And the trust-oriented advisor who builds and maintains reciprocal trust relationships for the long term.

The purpose of the test is to provide insight into which role suits you best and whether further development is useful for which role.
Please note: this test is intended to facilitate a conversation about further development of your personal skills. The outcome of this test is not absolute.
