Practical information: general terms and conditions
The professionalisation of the relationship management of an organisation is a project of several years. The goal of the Strategic Relationship Management programme is to explain all that needs to be done to achieve this ambition and to determine what could be the first step to reach this goal.
To professionalise the relationship management of an organisation requires a tailor-made approach. The goal of the Strategic Relationship Management programme is to help participants to determine how this tailor-made approach should look like.
All fees are transferable but non-refundable. ISRM has the right to move the training to another date. The programme may be subject to change.
