with the stakeholders:
- Gathering information to assess how stakeholders are now analysed and prioritised, and how personal attention to stakeholders is now managed.
- Reviewing the CRM to assess how stakeholder information is now collected.
- Reading documents and conducting interviews to assess how relationship management is now organised internally.
Meeting
the stakeholders:
- Attending network events and interviewing networkers to assess how the meeting with stakeholders is currently organised.
