Our executive relationship management coaching is for anyone who is looking for personal guidance on writing a networking plan. For example: what networking strategy is best for me, my department or organisation? How often are key stakeholders met? What is the best use of everyone’s time? In which networks should we be active? How do we move from networking strategy to achieving networking goals? How do we measure success?
All sessions are held online or at the ISRM office in The Hague. Our relationship management coaching programme consists of five personalised sessions:

A tailor-made
introduction
Coaching on the theory of relationship management (2 hours).
Three 1-to-1
coaching sessions
To review your progress as you implement the action plan, apply new strategies and work towards successful professional relationship management (maximum 2 hours per session).

COSTS
Personal relationship management coaching costs are €3,995 per person (excluding VAT) and include:
- Five sessions: personal review, introduction and three 1-to-1 coaching sessions (provided by an ISRM expert).
- A copy of the English book Managing Authentic Relationships.
- All teaching materials.
- Background information, handouts and all presentation slides.
- An ISRM certificate.
DATES
Executive relationship management coaching can be started at any time (dates will be scheduled in consultation).
CERTIFICATION
Executive relationship management coaching includes an ISRM certificate.
LANGUAGE
This coaching is given in English. The literature associated with this coaching is also in English.
LOCATION
All sessions are held online or at the ISRM office in The Hague.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Professionalising an organisation’s relationship management is a project that generally takes several years; it is tailor-made and therefore looks different for every organisation. In the event of cancellation after registration, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the rate. It is, however, possible to rearrange booked schedules/timings. The content of this coaching programme is subject to change.
