During a scan, all aspects of modern and professional relationship management are briefly discussed with the aim of inventorying what is already happening and what is not yet happening. The session ends with an initial draft for an action plan; what will the organisation tackle first?
ISRM provides support for the (further) development of a professional relationship management
Our expertise help organisations in the transition to a modern and effective network organisation that employs a purposeful and structured relationship management policy
How to build relationships in these challenging times? Will online replace offline networking? Are we spending our valuable time with the right people? How to ensure a strong network at C-level? How to ensure an inclusive network? How to obtain maximum results from our CRM? How to improve our internal cooperation? How to make sure our networking activities support our strategic goals?
Many organisations are currently undergoing the transition to a more flexible network organisation aimed at improving collaboration, both internally and externally. A solid and profitable network is one of the key prerequisites for (business) success, but the development of professional relationship management is new and complex. ISRM provides support for the (further) development of professional relationship management:
Relationship management training is meant to inspire. In addition to an explanation of our vision, the training consists of practical examples (how do others do it?), discussions (about, for example, what relationships and networks are) and group assignments (to gain experience with, for example, analysing stakeholders or mapping the contact intensity).
Over a period of 3 to 4 months, we lead a core team of the most relevant internal stakeholders in 5 to 7 sessions through the concrete steps necessary to further professionalise relationship management. In between sessions, participants apply the theory, which is discussed in the subsequent session.
After this process, which is fully customised after a scan, the new relationship management is largely under construction.
DEVELOP RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT – OUR VISION
The holistic and comprehensive approach of ISRM ensures that a network makes a tangible contribution to achieving the targets. It is based on structuring the entire relationship management; one policy from strategy to implementation. This policy comprises:
- How will in the next 5 years relationship management help us achieve our strategy?
- What roles, tasks and responsibilities are there for everyone who is internally involved in relationship management?
- Which tools such as CRM and events do we need for relationship management?
- How do we ensure strong networking skills in our organisation?
- What are for the next year our network objectives that align with our strategy?
- Who are our stakeholders and which stakeholders have priority?
- How often do which of us see the prioritised stakeholders on which occasion?
- How do we measure the Return-on-Relationship?
