During a scan, all aspects of modern and professional relationship management are briefly discussed with the aim of inventorying what is already happening and what is not yet happening.
Over a period of 3 to 4 months, we lead a core team of the most relevant internal stakeholders in 4 to 6 sessions through the concrete steps necessary to further professionalise relationship management. In between sessions, participants apply the theory, which is discussed in the subsequent session.
A structured network will become even more important in the near future, but the development of professional relationship management is new and complex.
How to build relationships in these challenging times? Will online replace offline networking? Are we spending our valuable time with the right people? How to ensure a strong network at C-level? How to ensure an inclusive network? How to obtain maximum results from our CRM? How to improve our internal cooperation to build strong relationships? How to make sure our networking activities support our strategic goals?
Professional relationship management ensures that a network contributes to the achievement of an organisation’s targets, providing access to the right networks and creating mutual relations with the right people.
ISRM provides support for the (further) development of a professional relationship management. Our expertise help organisations in the transition to a modern and effective network organisation that employs a purposeful and structured relationship management policy.
Our unique vision on modern relationship management is described in the book Managing Authentic Relationships; Facing New Challenges in a Changing Context, published by Amsterdam University Press.
This vision is also the basis of our training programme aimed at professionals in the modern network organisations; those who are responsible for the management and development of network management within organisations.
